1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Pristo Enterprises ("Pristo", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our digital platform, browsing our product catalog, requesting architectural quotations, visiting our showroom, or placing purchase orders, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
These terms apply equally to individual homeowners, architectural studios, interior designers, general contractors, and corporate institutional clients across India.
2. Tile Batches, Caliber & Natural Shade Variation
Ceramic, vitrified, and porcelain tiles undergo high-temperature kiln firing. While Pristo adheres to highest ISO industrial tolerances, slight nuances in tone, shade, and dimensional caliber naturally occur between separate manufacturing runs.
- We strongly recommend ordering 10% to 15% extra material to account for corner cutting, room wastage, and future repair availability.
- Tile boxes should be checked for identical Batch / Tone codes prior to adhesive application.
- Once tiles are cut, glued, or fixed with cement or adhesive onto floors or walls, NO claims regarding shade variation or size difference will be accepted.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Formal Quotations
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of standard Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise on custom B2B trade quotations.
Formal Bill-of-Quantities (BOQs) issued by our sales desks are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of quotation. Because raw material fuel costs and transport tariffs fluctuate, quotes are re-validated upon expiration.
4. Shipping & Delivery Policy (Charges Applicable)
Heavy architectural materials (vitrified tiles, porcelain slabs, bathtubs, and sanitaryware) are bulky, fragile freight items requiring specialized pallet crating and heavy transport vehicles.
Freight charges are not arbitrarily marked up into product unit rates. Delivery charges are calculated transparently based on total consignment weight (metric tons/boxes) and distance from the central logistics hub to your site.
- Curbside Unloading: Deliveries are strictly to the ground level or curbside accessible by transport truck. Internal shifting, staircase lifting, or crane rigging must be arranged by the client's site contractors.
- Delivery Access: The client must ensure that heavy transport vehicles (e.g., 14ft / 19ft trucks) are permitted access to the delivery site location during official municipal unloading hours.
5. Transit Inspection & Breakage Claims
While we take extreme care packaging materials in wooden pallets with edge corner guards, ceramics are classified as fragile goods. An industry-standard transit wastage of 1% to 2% is normal for long-distance transport.
In the rare event of transit damage exceeding normal tolerance:
- The customer or site supervisor must inspect crates upon arrival and clearly note any damaged boxes on the driver's Delivery Challan (POD).
- Take high-resolution photographs or an unboxing video of the unopened/cracked boxes showing the manufacturer label.
- Submit your damage claim via email to pristoenterprises@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 63623 46660 within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge prior to warehouse palletization and transport dispatch. Once a shipment is dispatched, return requests are subject to the following criteria:
- Returned items must be in complete, full, unopened original manufacturer boxes with intact straps. Broken boxes or loose tiles cannot be restocked.
- Return freight charges to our Bangalore central warehouse are to be borne by the customer.
- Custom-ordered imported bathtubs, bespoke-cut porcelain slabs, or discontinued clearance batches are strictly non-returnable.
7. Architect, Contractor & Trade Accounts
Registered B2B partners benefit from trade tier pricing, priority warehouse reservation, sample drop concierge, and dedicated account manager support. Trade accounts must provide valid GSTIN documentation for Input Tax Credit reconciliation.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or related to our products, services, or delivery shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India.
Any legal action, proceeding, or arbitration shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore (Bengaluru), Karnataka.
